LUCKYTEAM offers a one-year commercial warranty on all its jewelry (6 months for cords), from the date of purchase of the product.

This warranty only covers normal use of the jewelry, upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt, order reference, customer account).

However, it does not apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse (such as shocks, scratches, crushing, exposure to corrosive substances), theft, loss, or natural wear and tear of the jewelry.

Outside of warranty or abnormal use, our workshop will provide you with a quote for the repair of fallen stones, tassels, chains, gilding, cord to be replaced, broken pendants & clasps as well as any other fault that our workshop deems repairable or exchangeable.

You can either drop off your jewelry in store (Cannes, Nice, Aix-en-Provence, Lyon, Antibes), or send it to us via post to the following address: LUCKYTEAM , 124 Rue d'Antibes, 06400 Cannes.

If you return a piece of jewelry to us by mail, it is important to put it back in its original packaging, protect it with a box or bubble wrap, and include your contact details in the shipment.

In case of any problem, please contact us by email, phone or in store, in order to find the best solution. A photo of the jewel will be requested before any product return.

Please note that shipping costs for all types of repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
