THE PRODUCT DOES NOT SUIT ME

Before any return, you must contact us by email or telephone to indicate the reason for your return and to obtain your return number.

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return your product to us in its original packaging.

You can either drop off your jewelry in store (Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Aix-en-Provence, Lyon), or send it to us via the Post Office to LUCKYTEAM, 124 rue d'antibes, 06400 Cannes.

If you return a piece of jewelry to us by mail, it is important to put it back in its original packaging, protect it with a box or bubble wrap, and include your order reference and contact details in the shipment.

In the event of a return for an order that is not suitable, upon receipt of your returned product we will offer you either:

- a refund

- an exchange for another product at the same price

- a voucher for the amount of the order, to be deducted from the next order

After-sales service

All our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against any abnormal wear or breakage. Problems resulting from improper use or maintenance of the jewelry will not be covered by the warranty.

In case of problem, please contact us by email, phone or in store, we will see with you the possible solutions. In the case of a purchase in store, if you are registered, we will find the history of your purchases with your email. Otherwise, we will ask you for the receipt.

A photo of the jewelry will be requested before any product return.
